Body expression

  1. Hello my name is Sara. This video shows a group of students from 4th year of secondary school, they are doing a coreography in front of many people. I chose to comment this video principally because this is the same situation as we have experienced this assessment. This coreography might have been invented and created by all of them, and that's one of the key elements in body expression, creativity. They also might have released stress and improved self-confidence by doing this dance in front of many people. This dance also might have helped them in making a group and improving cooperation and empathy. In conclusion, this people have experienced all of the key elements and requirements of making a coreography since the beggining.

    1. Your comment shows a good connection to our assessment, because you explain that the situation is similar to what we are doing (creating and performing a choreography in front of an audience). You also highlight important Body Expression ideas like creativity, self-confidence, and teamwork, which are relevant and well chosen. To improve, try to use fewer “might have” sentences and add 1–2 specific examples from the video (formations, synchronisation, use of space/levels, energy/tempo) to support your points with evidence. Also, for a more academic tone, replace “this people” with “these students” and correct “coreography/beggining” to “choreography/beginning.”

  2. Hello, my name is Irene and I am a first year Bachillerato student. In this video there is a remix of the song “Sábado Noche” made by a group of students. They appear singing, dancing and having fun while the music sounds lively and energetic. The video has a party style and looks like they enjoyed recording it together. In my opinion, it is a fun and entertaining video, especially for young people our age. It is not something very professional, but that makes it more natural and real. I think it shows creativity and good vibes, and it is nice to watch.

    1. Irene, your comment is clear and friendly, and you describe well the context and atmosphere of the video (party style, lively energy, authentic and natural). You also make a good point when you say that it’s not professional but that this can make it feel more real, which links nicely to authenticity in body expression. To improve it academically, add 1–2 examples of how body expression appears (facial expressions, gestures, posture, rhythm, group interaction) and briefly explain what those movements communicate (fun, confidence, connection). If you include one sentence using our key elements—space, time/rhythm, energy, relationship—your feedback will be much stronger and more connected to the unit.
