Hi, my name is Monica, and I have chosen this video because it shows an example of bleeding and how to act in that situation. The first thing we should do is remove any dangerous objects from the area. After that, put on gloves, apply pressure to the wound with gauze, and then apply a tourniquet. If the gauze gets soiled quickly, repeat this action, removing the previous layer. After this, you should call 112 and describe the type of bleeding so they can send an ambulance. When losing blood, the person may lose consciousness, so you should lay them down and elevate their legs, as well as talk to them constantly until the ambulance arrives.
Hi Mónica! 👋 Your comment is very complete and clearly explains the main steps to follow in a bleeding emergency. You’ve shown that you understood the correct order of actions — removing hazards, using gloves, applying pressure, and using a tourniquet when necessary. Excellent job mentioning the importance of calling 112 and keeping the person conscious and calm, which is often forgotten! 🙌
To make your post even better, you could briefly explain why each step is important (for example, why we elevate the legs or why we don’t remove the first gauze). Overall, very clear, structured, and realistic explanation — well done!
Hi, my name is Paula, and I decided to comment this video because I found it really helpful and easy to understand. It shows what to do when someone is bleeding and how to act quickly without panicking. I liked how everything is explained step by step: first making sure the area is safe, then putting on gloves, pressing the wound with gauze, and using a tourniquet if needed. It also reminds us to call 112 and explain what’s happening. I think it’s super important to know this, because you never know when you might need to help someone in real life.
Hello, my name is Alfonso and I’ve choose to comment your video because it shows what to do when a person is bleeding a lot. It teaches how to see if the bleeding is very bad and how to stop it fast. First, press hard on the wound with a clean cloth. Stay calm. If the bleeding does not stop, put a tourniquet above the wound. Call emergency services quickly and do not take off the tourniquet until help comes. The video gives easy and clear steps so anyone can help a person with heavy bleeding and maybe save their life.
Hi Alfonso! 👋 You did a great job summarizing the key steps to follow in a serious bleeding situation. Your explanation is clear, organized, and easy to understand, which makes it perfect for anyone learning basic first aid. 👍
I like that you highlight staying calm and calling emergency services — two very important aspects that can make a big difference. To improve your comment even more, you could add why it’s important to press firmly or not remove the tourniquet, showing a bit more reasoning behind each action.
Overall, excellent and concise work — clear, practical, and to the point. Well done!
Hi Mónica, thanks you very much for uploud this video. I thougt it's nice to know how to resolve this type of situation. The last year I was in the christmast dinner and my grandmother cut with a broken dish when she was serving the food. After that we need to stop de bleeding and resolve how we were going to resolve the situation. We need to mantain preasure in the cut and after that we roll with a band. We were lucky because it weren't very severe injury, but imagine if you were having a worst cut. We would have to take my grandmother to the hospital or something worst.
