I have chosen this video because i need to improve my speed in football and is very important in some sports like basket, football, beisball etc, a lot of this sports needs a high level of speed to have a good results. In my case I have a good speed but whit this video i learnt some trucks to improve it. I look the position of the shoes and I get any idea to improve in this case. Is a great video.
